The client (hereinafter: AG) is tendering the shell construction work for the new extension of an office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst industrial park as part of a funded measure across Europe. Bidders are strongly recommended to familiarize themselves with the local conditions and the conditions before submitting the offer to get a precise picture of the work to be carried out during a site visit in order to avoid misjudgments when setting the price.
