As residential building group 3211, GESOBAU AG is planning to build around 100 apartments for senior living, needs-based short-term and day care as well as social infrastructure on the property at Buckower Ring 54 - 58. It is planned to realize the project to bind a general contractor (GÜ). The project management services for the aforementioned project are to be awarded via this award procedure. Part of the project management service is the preparation of a GÜ tender (VOB). EU-wide negotiation process with participation competition, as well as the support and evaluation of the procurement process. Furthermore, the scope of services includes project management of the planning and execution phases up to the completion of the building Outdoor facilities and the created squares and paths as well as defect management up to 5 years after completion of the construction project. Other key tasks include coordinating and monitoring the appointments and services of all providers as well as the Monitoring and coordination of species and nature conservation measures.
