The new construction of a high-availability data center with office area in Markt Schwaben is planned on an area of 18, 364 m² with a total usable area (NUF) of approx. 13, 000 m². The subject of the commission is services for project management and BIM Management. These are carried out for planning (general planner) and construction services (general contractor) until the measure is completed after the adjustment phase has been completed. The planning is carried out by a GP with the range of services: Object planning: buildings, Outdoor facilities, engineering structures, specialist planning: technical equipment (KG 410-480), structural planning of buildings and engineering structures, building physics: building acoustics, room acoustics, thermal insulation and energy balancing, BIM management, fire protection, higher-level special Services, as well as quality assurance / support for total contractors. The general planner takes over service phases 1-4 according to HOAI. It provides basic aspects of service phase 5. The general contractor then begins with the implementation planning provides service phases 5 to 8. The data center meets availability class VK3 with redundant supply and other security requirements and is intended to be put into operation in sections.
