Project and construction management Revit. Donstorfer Moor 2026 As part of the proposed funding project "Revitalization of the Donstorf Moor" in the Diepholz district, measures to restore a more natural moor water level are to be carried out between 2026 and 2030 as well as for the creation and maintenance of open and semi-open landscapes. The project setting covers a total area of up to 380 hectares. The subject of this tender is the project and construction management, which will carry out the woodland and earthwork work, a possible explosive ordnance sounding as well as the production of grassland and a water regime consisting of measuring points and a mobile pump system are planned in detail, prepared for award, coordinated, professionally supported and documented. The tasks of the contractor arise arise from service phases 5 to 8 (§ 39 HOAI) in conjunction with the basic services and special services of Appendix 11 to § 39 Paragraph 4 and § 40 Paragraph 5 of the Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) in the 2021 version and will be published in List of services and draft of the service contract are described.
