The provider currently hired does not have technical feasibility to serve the unit, making it impossible to install the Services. Given this limitation, direct acquisition is necessary with a new provider that has available infrastructure. This measure will ensure the continuity of day care, avoiding damage to communication, school management and pedagogical support. In addition, hiring Direct is justified by the urgency of demand, ensuring a quick and efficient solution to establish connectivity in the unit.
