Tender Details

The Muskoka Fund wishes to design and produce a series of special television programs based on an original, ambitious format and fully adapted to audiences in Africa. Each show will be built around a concrete inclusion project and will tell, in an accessible and engaging way, a dynamic of collective mobilization as well as the transformation made possible by the involvement of the people concerned, families, communities, volunteers, partners and other stakeholders. The system must combine emotion, participation, concrete transformation, awareness and social utility. It must respect the principles of dignity, inclusion and positive representation of people with intellectual disabilities, by highlighting their abilities, their talents, their backgrounds, their words and their active participation. The broadcasts will be intended for television broadcast to a large audience in Africa (e.g. Canal Plus Africa) and for promotion on digital platforms and social networks. UNICEF wishes to design, produce and broadcast a series of television programs with a strong participatory and solidarity dimension aimed at to mobilize communities around concrete initiatives to improve living conditions, to promote local dynamics of mutual aid and citizen engagement, and to promote the values ​​of inclusion, solidarity and human development among the public Africans.
