As part of the 80th anniversary of UNICEF, the production of a short, historical, human and visually engaging documentary film is planned, which presents the evolution of the situation of children in Algeria, highlights national progress, and replaces cooperation between Algeria and UNICEF in its historical context and gives a central place to the voice and perspective of children. To this end, UNICEF ALGERIA is launching a national call for tenders intended to recruit a communication/audio-visual production agency in order to design and produce a documentary film Algeria-UNICEF@80Les Interested service providers are requested to consult the attached ToR and submit their technical and financial submission files no later than November 2, 2026 at midnight.
