The subject of the order is the provision and operation of a digitaln Platform for medium-sized municipal utilities and their integration into the client's existing system environment.

The upcoming maintenance ends for the client's current ERP and energy management systems as well as their partially inadequate capabilities and future capabilities eencourage the client to comprehensively modernize its existing landscape and jointly create synergies through the use of a digital platform.

Due to the constantly increasing demands of customers and the energy market, digital transformation is becoming increasingly importantEnergy industry is becoming increasingly important, so that the client's IT and process landscape should be redesigned and thus the existing needs for functional and technological expansion and renewal are implemented.

With regard to the details of the order description, we refer to aon the attached tender documents, in particular appendix 2.1 service description.

The aim of the transformation is, above all, to reduce the current process costs and in particular the cost-to-serve (CtS), i.e. to be able to better serve customer needs.
