Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Wheelchair.

Any clarifications sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security and National Solidarity Division), Attn: Manager, Procurement & Supply, 10th Floor, Renganaden Seeneevassen Building, Corner Jules Koenig & Maillard Streets, Port Louis so as to reach him at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for the submission of the bids. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Procurement of Wheelchair” and reference number MSS/OAB 47/2018-19 should be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security and National Solidarity Division) and deposited in the Bid Box situated at 12th Floor, Renganaden Seeneevassen Building, Corner Jules Koenig & Maillard Streets, Port Louis on or before Thursday 28 March 2019 up to 13 30 hours (local time) at latest. Bids submitted by mail should be sent to the same address as above with mention “12th Floor Registry” so as to reach by same date and time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room, Level 13 of the Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security and National Solidarity Division) on the same day at 13 45 hours in the presence of bidders /bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. The Ministry of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development (Social Security and National Solidarity Division) reserves the right to : (a) accept or reject any bid; (b) split the contract; and (c) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability towards the bidder
