The Berlin-Hohenschoenhausen Memorial Foundation is looking for a service provider for aNew, web-based cash register system with a digital visitor management system, a ticket shop for public tours and a reservation option for group tours, project days and seminars. The ticket shop is intended to enable visitors, regardless of the museum visit, location and time, Book and purchase offers from the house. The focus is on the offers of political education work, i.e. online tickets for the public tours, without which a tour of the memorial rooms is not possible. Offers for groups (tours, seminars and multi-day projectskttage) should be able to be requested as a reservation by the customer and easily booked in the backend.
