The subject of the proposed award is the Tendering of operating, support, project and update services for central unified communication and collaboration platforms. About this This includes, in particular, the existing central Cisco VoIP infrastructure including additional communication components (including switching solutions, DECT, fax and alarm services) for the telephony area, as well as the central one for the video conferencing area (with telephony functions). Webex cloud platform and future planned Microsoft Teams solution or Microsoft 365.

With the EU-wide award procedure in question, two service providers are selected who, for the different service areas in Lot 1 and Lot 2:
