INVITATION FOR TENDERS The Ministry of Health has received financing from the Government of Ghana and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Items to support the program of work of the Ministry. It is mandatory for tenderers to submit their tenders with copies of the following documents below. Payment Terms and Method : INVITATION FOR TENDERS - PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ITEMS THROUGH NATIONA COMPETITIVE TENDERING PROCEDURE The Ministry of Health has received financing from the Government of Ghana and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Items to support the program of work of the Ministry. The price quoted shall be : Ghana Cedis. The prices shall include all duties, taxes and other levies. The prices should be expressed in the term of DDP in Cedis (GHC). The following specific data for the Goods to be procured shall complement, supplement, or amend the provisions in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT). Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) herein shall prevail over those in Instructions to Tenderers ITT. The offered model shall be new and the manufacturer must have experience in producing the similar model for a minimum of 2 years. ii) All tires must be manufactured in 2023/2024.
