IV. OBJECTIVES

To conduct the Performance Assessment on FY 2025 and Planning Writeshop for FY 2026 Plans and Programs of the Office of Special Concerns from January 07-09, 2026



V. Minimum Requirements

1. DOT-accredited service provider;

2. Preferably based in Manila, Puerto Galera, or Region IV-B area;

3. Provides onsite logistic staff for seamless coordination;

4. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS); and

5. Must be willing to provide service on send bill arrangement.
