Tenders are invited for Procurement of 700 Tablets for Population & Housing Census 2020.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Wednesday 11th March 2020 up to Wednesday 18 th March 2020 during working hours (8am – 4pm) No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the National Bureau of Statistics, Caravelle House, 3rd Floor, Administration Section, Room 304. Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday 19th March 2020 at The National Bureau of Statistics, 3rd Floor, Meeting Room (Room 302(a)), 10am. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Procurement of 700 tablets for Population & Housing Census 2020” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10.30am Seychelles Time on Monday 30th March 2020 Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10.30 am on Monday 30th March 2020 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. Any bid received after the deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder and will not be accepted.
