Tenders are invited for Procurement of Suitable Property to House the Uia Regional One Stop Centre in Arua

Interested Eligible Bidders may Obtain Further Information and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the Address Given below at 8(a) from Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm. The Bidding Documents in English may be Purchased by Interested Bidders on the Submission of a Written Application to the Address below at 8(a) and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ugx 200, 000/= (Uganda Shillings: Two Hundred Thousand Shillings Only). The Method of Payment will be to Any Bank that Receives Government Revenue. The Bidders shall then Submit a Deposit Slip to the Uia Cashier at Ubfc Building, 6* Floor, Plot 1, Baskerville Avenue, Kololo. The Bidder shall be Given a Receipt on Confirmation that Funds have been Transmitted into the Specified Account. The Document will be Picked by the Bidder-S or Representatives from Uia Procurement and Disposal Unit. No Liability will be Accepted for Loss or Late Delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 23rd March 2023 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Bid securing declaration must be valid up to 30th October 2023 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 23rd March 2023 at 11:15am. 7. Information/clarification may be obtained in 8(a) below. 8. Documents may be inspected at, issued from and delivered to: a) UIA Procurement and Disposal Unit, UBFC Building, 6th Floor, Plot 1, Baskerville Avenue, Kololo.
