Description : The Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City, through the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, Administrative Unit intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P 1, 110, 400.00) for two (2) security guards in the Division Office from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025, and two (2) security guards at Kabankalan National High School from January 1- March 31, June - December 15, 2026 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026. Total amount due to the guard (Gross Monthly Salary) should be compliant with the Labor Law and should not be lower than Php 21, 600.00 per month. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City, through the General Appropriation Act Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos (624, 000.00) for LOT 1; and Four Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P 486, 400.00) for LOT 2, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received more than the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
