Packaging and Labelling
All printed materials must be clean, readable, and free from typographical errors. OCD logo must be clear, accurately colored, and proportionally scaled.
Quality Requirements
All materials must be new, unused, and free from defects. Printing quality must be sharp and professional grade. Supplier shall provide one (1) sample set for inspection and approval prior to final printing/production.
Delivery, Inspection, and Warranty
Delivery shall be within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Items are subject to inspection and acceptance by the Office of Civil Defense Region I. Any defective or non-compliant item shall be replaced at no additional cost.
