Delivery of a distribution and subscription system Verkehrsgesellschaft Ennepe-Ruhr mbH (VER) is a regionally operating transport company and partner in the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (VRR). As a mobility service provider and transport company, VER ensures high-performance local transport that connects the cities of the Ennepe-Ruhr district and networks them with the region. Since the existing sales system is at the end of its product life cycle and can no longer be economically upgraded to (((etiCORE has VER decided to procure a new, future-oriented sales and subscription system that also takes advancing digitalization into account. The new system must support over 20, 000 customers with subscriptions (Everyman subscriptions, job tickets and Manage student tickets, including Germany ticket) as well as EBE incidents, ensure ticket issuance as a VDV-KA chip card and barcode (Motics) and can be upgraded to (((etiCORE. Payments are via direct debit as well as debit and credit cards (payment service providers). Web portals enable easy online access for all customers (including students or legal guardians for applying for student tickets).
