Tenders are invited for Procurement of Remedial Works at Bassin Requin Pig Waste Treatment Plant.
1. The Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Securityis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Remedial Works at Bassin Requin Pig Waste Treatment Plant.
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system AGRO/IFB/2023/1631.
3. Bidders are requested to take note that a pre-bid meeting and site visit has been scheduled on Tuesday 17th January 2023 as from 10.00hrs at the Bassin Requin Pig Waste Treatment Plant, Belle Mare.
4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 06th February 2023 up to 13.29hrs (Local Time).
5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 06th February 2023 from 16.01 hrs till Wednesday 08th February 2023 up to 13 29hours.
6. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 08th February 2023 up to16.00hrs.
