Tenders are invited for Procurement of Project Vehicles

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT (GOODS AND WORKS)
Interested companies are to collect the standard bidding documents (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement, National Water Resources Institute, Mando Road, Kaduna on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per lot paid into the National Water Resources Institute-s Remita Account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. Interested firms in service will not pay at this stage until after shortlisting.

5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS(GOODS AND WORKS)
Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director, National Water Resources Institute, Mando Road, Kaduna and clearly marked with name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box at NWRI, Mando Kaduna, not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 14th June, 2023
