Procurement procedures for testing services for cost estimates and proforma invoices for service, maintenance and repair measures on motor vehicles and objects The subject of this award is the review and approval of cost estimates (KVA) as well as the comparison of the proforma invoice with the KVA of specialist companies for service, maintenance and repair measures according to the inspection criteria defined by the client. The testing of KVA is divided into two different types Tests for: - The automated basic test is carried out exclusively systemically for every KVA. - The manual in-depth test takes place based on the automated basic test for certain vehicles.
