The DATEV software currently in use and to be replaced is used in the chambers for the following areas of responsibility: (1) Personnel management: management of master data of natural and legal persons, admissions, status changes, specialist lawyer designations, training, departures and Reactivations. (2) Billing: Management and billing of membership fees, fees, credits, etc. (3) Complaint management: Management of professional legal processes, in particular complaints (4) Archiving and deletion: Archiving and deletion of personal and data records Complaint management The software is deeply integrated into the users' work processes and forms a central basis for daily administrative work. The eleven participating bar associations currently operate independent instances of the DATEV software.
