For the Thuringian universities, a cloud-based software solution is to be obtained, with which, among other things, written examination services can be checked for unknown or insufficiently marked takeover of foreign intellectual property (plagiarism) (anti-plagiarism software). Furthermore, documents written should also be able to be checked for the use of a AI text generator (AI detector). The software should be able to be integrated into the elearning landscapes (Moodle) of the universities. The software is to be made available mostly to all teachers and examiners of the universities. In this procedure, the needs for a plagiarism examination solution for ten universities of the Free State of Thuringia are to be tendered together.
