PROCUREMENT OF ONE(1) UNIT SERVER & ONE(1) UNIT MOTORCYCLE



1. The Municipal Government of Concepcion, through the GENERAL FUND-MASSO-FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php. 290, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2026-02-003-GOODS-PROCUREMENT OF ONE(1) UNIT SERVER & ONE(1) UNIT MOTORCYCLE Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipal Government of Concepcion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
