Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Lightning Protection System at the International Convention Center
1) The UP Open University (UPOU), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱1, 425, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Lightning Protection System at the International Convention Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP Open University (UPOU) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Lightning Protection System. Completion of the Works is required twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
