Tenders are invited for Procurement of Mechanical Engineering Equipment.

projects mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with
Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company Audited Account for 3 years, Company Tax Clearance for the 3 years, Compliance
Certificate to Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Nigeria Social and
Insurance Trust Fund’s Compliance Certificate, Evidence of Financial Capability, Interim Registration Report (IRR). Documents
submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(4) Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi Uku, Delta State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public
Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
