The subject of this tender is the provision of a Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) solution to optimize the IT security infrastructure of the Ennepe-Ruhr district. The MXDR solution includes continuous monitoring, detection and Responding to security threats and implementing security measures based on advanced threat analysis and artificial intelligence. The service to be provided includes provision, implementation and operation a Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) solution for a total of 1, 700 devices over an unlimited period of time. The solution must continuously monitor the security situation of the devices, detect threats and respond to them promptly.
