Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Learning and Education Toys/
Tools for Children for Use of Department of Education - Bohol
1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of One Million Ninety-Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Two
Pesos and 50/100 Only (P 1, 092, 452.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for all lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for
each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Learning and Education Toys/ Tools for
Children for Use of Department of Education - Bohol. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
completed, at least within the last 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of
