PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php319, 500.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Essential Items for Go Bags (“Project”), through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods must be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days to PNOC EC Head Office, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications (TS) for complete details.
