Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Procurement of IT and Electronic Equipment SASCI+ Project.

Legal Consequences If the Contractor breaches an obligation under Clauses 7.1. or 7.2. causing GIZ to terminate the contract, the Contractor is responsible for the termination. In each of the cases set out under Clause 7, GIZ is entitled to exclude the Contractor from future competitions for a limited period and to a reasonable extent. If the Contractor breaches an obligation under Clause 7.1. or 7.2., the Contractor is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of EUR 25, 000 for each breach. If the advantage given is greater than EUR 25, 000, the Contractor must pay a contractual penalty equal to this sum. This is without prejudice to any further claims for damages by GIZ. However, the contractual penalty will be deducted from such claims for damages
