Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Induction Brochures.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Department and inspect the bidding document at the address and location below from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time each day from July 3, 2018 to July 24, 2018

A complete set of tender documents, in English, may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non- refundable banker’s draft of Two Hundred Ghana cedis (GHc200.00) for each lot at the Procurement Department of the Council.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by tender security of not less than two per cent (2%) of the tender price. Lafe tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the Council at 10:00 a.m. on the date specified above at the Hajia Mariama Conference room at the Council.
