Procurement of helium for the commissioning of the SuperFRS of the FAIR facility To commission the SUPER FRS of the FAIR system, helium is required as follows: Helium 4.6 or better Gaseous in bundles or larger containers at least 200 cash Time of need: Q2 from the award of the contract until the end of Q4 2026 Intermediate deliveries desired Helium 4.6 or better Gaseous in bundles or larger containers at least 200 bar Time of need: Q2 from the award of the contract until the end of Q4 2026 Main mission: 7000m3 at 20 degrees Celsius and 1 bar Additional purchase option: 13, 000m3 at 20 degrees Celsius and 1 bar The helium is stored in 12 tanks, each with a volume of 100 m3 each Tank at approx. 16 - 20 bar. It must be possible to do this immediately after the contract has been accepted to be able to draw the option amount straight away. The subsequent purchase option drawing will take place by November 2026 at the latest.
