Goods:
Goods including computer equipment, office furniture and office equipment (photocopier
large circulation and an autocom including connection) will be acquired by Supplier Consultation
The following contracts will be awarded following the Bank's procurement methods and
procedures, in accordance with
using its standard solicitation files:
Works :
Lake Mandroseza Dredging Works will be acquired by International Open Bidding (AOOI)
Goods:
The accounting, financial and procurement management software (TOM²PRO) will be acquired by
direct agreement
Consulting Services:
The following services will be acquired on the basis of shortlists of firms and by the selection
method based on
quality and cost (SFQC):
• Preparation of water resources management development master plans (SDADGE) in 6
regions: Analamanga, Vakinankaratra, Amoron-i Mania, Haute Matsiatra, Ihorombe, Androy;
• Technical feasibility and detailed preliminary project studies for the construction of construction
works
mobilization of water resources (dam or retention basins) and the construction of 150 systems
of solar pumped AEP. This activity will also combine feasibility studies of participation of the
private sector in the financing/management of infrastructure as well as environmental impact
studies and
social aspects of the works to be carried out and clearly highlighting the differentiated impact of
women and men and the
gender-sensitive mitigation measures
• Technical-economic and environmental feasibility studies for the strengthening of the
Andekaleka hydroelectric dam
The following services will be acquired on the basis of shortlists of firms and by the selection
method based on
consultant qualifications (SQC):
• Organizational, institutional and capacity audit of ANDEA (National Authority for Water and
Sanitation) and SOREA (Water and Sanitation Regulatory Company);
• Technical assistance for the preparation of proposals for mobilizing GEF climate funds;
• Strengthening the management, steering and governance capacities of ANDEA and SOREA;
• Study to capitalize on the experience of private sector participation in the AEP sector in zones
urban, semi-urban and rural in Madagascar;
• Study on the theme: “Gender, Water Security, Climate Resilience and entrepreneurial dynamics
in
Madagascar".
• Environmental Impact Studies +PAR+PGES linked to Lake Mandroseza Dredging Works
The following services will be acquired on the basis of shortlists of firms and by the selection
method at
least cost (SMC):
• Implementation of monitoring, evaluation and sectoral financial modeling tools,
