Procurement of the framework arrangement for service design 2026: Request for participation The object of the procurement is service design expert services to support the city's various development projects. Service design refers to expert service that aims to for the strategic planning of operations, processes, premises, living environments or service entities or for the development of digital solutions in a customer-oriented manner and utilizing the process and methods of design. Service design is a structured process for the development of customer, employee experience or new concepts. Service design process definition: Step 1: User-oriented problem definition and compilation of user understanding • We learn to understand the user and his motivations, needs and preferences using different research methods and data sources. Service design methods for this include, for example, interviews, observation, workshops and other methods of participation and joint development. • In addition to qualitative methods, you can also utilizes quantitative data, such as analytics information. • The generated user understanding is analyzed, interpreted and crystallized as a basis for the next step.
