The Bank of Finland and the Financial Supervisory Authority's training program for supervisors
The Bank of Finland (hereafter the customer or procurement unit) is requesting a bid for the implementation of the training program for front-line personnel and related additional work in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel and its appendices (hereinafter the service).
The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in detail in the annexes to the procurement notice.
The contract does not create a quantity purchase obligation for the customer or an exclusive right for the Supplier to provide the service.
