Tenders are invited for Procurement of One (1) Forklift.

SOURCE OF FINANCE : Government of Seychelles
Project Title : Procurement of One (1) Forklift
Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed and
registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.
Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from Award of Contract
Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained free of charge at the Seychelles
Public Transport Corporation, Head Office, Bus Terminal, Victoria,
Mahé (Reception Desk), as of Wednesday 27th February 2019 during
the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 6th
March, 2019 during the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Submission of Tender Dossier: All tender dossiers submitted should clearly state the following “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) FORKLIFT”

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) FORKLIFT ” AND DEPOSITED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE (EX – TSS) NOT LATER THAN 2:00PM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 20TH MARCH 2019. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING ON WEDNESDAY 20TH MARCH 2019 at 2:00PM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
