The welfare area of Western Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests bids for the procurement of ergonomics training. The object of the procurement is ergonomics training for employees whose work includes lifting and moving work and the use of assistive devices. Procurement can also acquire targeted group activities based on, for example, musculoskeletal symptoms. The aim of the implementation is to improve the health, safety and well-being of employees by reducing physical load and preventive support and diseases of the locomotor system and reduce sickness absences caused by them. The goal is also to make work more efficient, improve the smoothness of work processes and thus increase work productivity. The trainings are basically organized at the Supplier's premises. Trainings are ordered in Finnish and Swedish. The main emphasis in the implementation is 1/3 theory and 2/3 practical training. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas with the same content: 1. Ergonomics training in Finnish 2. Swedish speakers ergonomics trainings The content needs of the training are divided into three main groups: 1) Ergonomics training for patient transfers (extensive) 2) Ergonomics training for patient transfers (short) 3) Individually customizable group activities Three are chosen for both areas reporter. This is a procurement according to Annex E of Section 25 of the Procurement Act. The expected value of the acquisition is 600, 000 euros (VAT 0%).
