With this call for tenders, the Kuopio employment area will purchase integration training lasting 120 days. The training is acquired as a real-time online implementation. The amount to be procured is approx. 60 - 100 students/year, approx. 20 - 25 students/group. Acquired in the service group size is an estimate based on the expected number of students. The procurement unit reserves the right not to procure the maximum number of student working days. The person making the offer is asked to make his own justified presentation about the contents and structure of the teaching and the training implementation plan. The target group of the training is primarily unemployed or at risk of unemployment who have immigrated to the country under the Integration Act or who have immigrated to Finland permanently, who at least in their mother tongue have able to read and write, but need to strengthen their language skills in Finnish in order to enter working life or training leading to a profession. Integration training is intended for personal clients of the labor authority who are covered by the service. The Alkupolku training package is suitable for learners of basic and rapid integration training. In the implementation of the training, the valid OPH integration training curriculum must be followed. Training should be planned in such a way that it consists of different of study units that can be flexibly combined and built from them into a unit that meets the personal needs of each student.
