Procurement of a dumper for the BURGHOF landfill Main and alternative position: Due to variousFor all the overlapping machine sizes and types on the market, AVL is tendering a dumper in the 30 tonne category as the main item. For this purpose, the list of services 3a must be used. As a secondary offer, bidders can choose a dumper in category 25 as an alternative itemOffer tons. For this purpose, the list of services 3b must be used.
The AVL has calculated the savings through the use of a 30t dumper compared to a
25t dumper over the intended period of use of 8 years and estimated it at EUR 46, 456.00.
When evaluating the offer, the calculation is therefore based on:Due to the evaluation points, the offer price for a 25t dumper is increased by the amount of EUR 46, 456.00. If a bidder is unable to submit a main offer for a 30t dumper, he submits his offer for a 25t dumper as the main offer and marks the offer accordingly and clearly.
