Purchase of Tender Documents:
More details of the project can be found in the scope of works in the tender documents which can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR250.00 as from 09:00 a.m on Tuesday 03rd March, 2020 at the FSA’s Reception Office, Bois De Rose Avenue, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. Please note that the deadline to collect the tender documents is Friday 13th March, 2020 at 03.00 p.m. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase.
Pre-Tender Meeting/ Site Visit: A pre-tender meeting/ site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 17th March, 2020 at 10: 00 a.m for any queries, remarks or suggestions. The meeting point is at the FSA Building, Warehouse A16, Bois De Rose Avenue. It is compulsory for all bidders to attend the pre-tender meeting/site visit. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
Submission of Interest: Eligible bidders shall submit their interest in plain sealed envelopes addressed to “THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD” with caption “Tender for Consultancy Services (Project Management) for the construction of a new Warehouse (300sqm)” not later than, 10:00 am (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 24th March, 2020. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Applicants meeting the qualification criteria will be shortlisted and issued with Financial Document.
