Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Monitoring and Implementation of Environmental Management Plan for the Rehabilitation of the 111km Palapye - Martins Drift Road

Tender Documents can be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) for youth owned companies payable to the Botswana Government with effect from 7th March 2022 during working days between 0730 hours and 1500 hours from Roads Department Headquarters, Office Number 265.

A compulsory site visits with representatives of the Roads Department will take place on 16th March 2022 by Nata Junction. The pre-tender meeting will be held immediately after site visit at Roads Department-s Nata Depot Office. Failure to attend site visit will lead to disqualification of bidders. Companies should not share representatives; each company must be represented by a single representative.
