Procurement of a central storage solution including a manufacturer service contract
The Spree-Neisse district is planning to purchase a replacement for an HPE 3PAR SAN for the virtual server environment under VMWare.
The storage system must meet current and future requirementsthe performance, compatibility and capacity are sufficient. To protect the current investment, storage capacity once purchased should be available permanently as long as the system is in use and under maintenance, even beyond the period now advertised. An uninterrupted late oneIt must be possible to expand the capacity while taking full account of the existing capacity and to replace the controllers without interruption. For the advertised period, no automatically included controller replacement, e.g. after 3 years, has to be taken into account.
It is aA future-proof, sustainable and reliable solution is required. HDD or hybrid systems are out of the question, all-flash storage is planned.
