Tenders are invited for Procurement of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) for MS5001-P Gas Turbine at Nicolay Power Station.

1. The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible local and international bidders through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Automatic Voltage Regulator for Frame 5 Gas Turbine at Nicolay Power Station
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: CEB/IFB/2021/2973
3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 23 August 2021 up to 13.30 hrs] (Local Time).
4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 23 August 2021 from 15.01 hrs till Wednesday 25 August 2021 up to 13.30 hrs
5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 25 August 2021 at 13.45 hrs
