Tenders are invited for Procurement of Audiology Equipment, Consumables and Hearing Systems for Audiology Clinic in Gaborone of Princess Marina Hospital, Ministry of Health and Wellness.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Princess Marina Hospital, Procurement Main Supplies Office in Gaborone, Botswana.
Documents may be collected during working days from 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours between Monday and Friday starting from 8th March, 2019.
A non-refundable fee of P500.00 (Five Hundred Pula only) or P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) for youth owned companies payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Document. Payments can be made at Accounts Office at Princess Marina Hospital in Gaborone.
One (1) original tender offer marked “Original” and four (4) copies of the original document marked “Copy” in one sealed envelope clearly marked: “Tender No. MTC/MOHW/CLS/SER/11125/10102018 — Procurement of Audiology Equipment, Consumables and Hearing Systems for Audiology Clinic in Gaborone”.
