Tenders are invited for Procurement of Armored Gun Boats and W23 Speed Boats

i. Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency (EDPPA) in the relevant categories.
ii. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 7.

4. SUMMARY OF OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION
i. Two copies of quotations/documents made up of one original and one photocopy put together in one big envelope must be submitted.

6. BID OPENING
Bids shall be opened immediately after the close of submission on the 25th of October, 2019 by
11.00am at the Conference Hall of the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission EDSOGPADEC, 23/24, Etete Road, GRA, Benin City. Bidders or their representatives as well as CSOs who wish to attend the bid opening are invited to witness the session.
