The city council of Bremerhaven is looking for modern, powerful and future-proof financial software. The software should be user-friendly and intuitive to use. The financial software you are looking for is geared to the needs of local governments and is adapted to legal changes in a timely manneradapted. The software is constantly being developed to meet current requirements. Good support and competent, fast and unbureaucratic help in the event of an error are also expected from the future provider. Details must be agreed in the EVB-IT system contract. The GEThe financial software sought must be successfully used as municipal financial software in other federal states. Corresponding proof must be provided. In addition, the financial software must have certification/approval from SAKD, gpaNRW or TUeV IT for other federal states or from oneCertificate according to IDW - Standard PS 880. The switch to the new financial software should initially take place while retaining the camera system. However, it should later be possible within the system to switch to state dual control. This change should be made by the contractor in a separateproject, but is not the subject of this tender.
