Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Procurement and the Installation of a Solar System for Jubbaland Civil Service Commission.

The Jubbaland State of Somalia has set aside funds, being provided by DFID/EU under PREMIS PFM Programme, to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement and the installation of a solar system for Jubbaland Civil Service Commission for which this invitation for quotation is issued.

2.The format of this Standard Bidding Document shall be:

This Invitation Letter;

Section I – Instructions to Bidders and Detail on the Evaluation of Quotations;

Section II – Bidding Forms including anti-corruption and Bribery Statements;

Section III – Specifications to include a section for the Bidder to provide specifications of items offered;

Section IV – Local Purchase Order complete with General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC);

Eligible Bidders are hereby invited to submit their price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached as Bidding Form B I and B II of Section II.

3. Bid documents are available in the Public Procurement office Jubbaland State of Somalia at Ministry of Finance compound and as well as our Website http://www.jubbalandmof.so

3.All quotations are to be submitted in one original plus Two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No. 020/MOF/2018 for procurement and installation of Solar system for Jubbaland Civil Service Commission” must be delivered to the Public Procurement Department, Jubbaland State of Somalia at the Ministry of Finance Headquarter Office opposite to Agan Hotel –Kismayo Somalia. No any other manner of submission shall be accepted.

4. Deadline for submission will be on Wednesday, 24 October 2018 at 11: 00 AM local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of Bidder representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry of Finance Conference Hall, Headquarter office opposite to Agan Hotel –Kismayo Somalia.

5.Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
