The subject of the award procedure is the procurement, implementation and maintenance of project management software with a minimum contract term of 48 months as a cloud-based solution based on the EVB IT cloud contract.

STADT UND LAND Wohnimmobilien Gesellschaft mbH is one of the largest urban companies Housing associations in Berlin. In conjunction with its subsidiaries, it manages around 55, 000 apartments in its own portfolio, around 12, 000 additional apartments on behalf of third parties as well as over 850 of its own commercial properties and over 200 commercial properties on behalf of third parties. It has been working for many years STADT UND LAND is successfully digitizing its processes. In recent years, the technical requirements have been created so that employees can access the information they need, regardless of location and time. The focus was on providing a powerful network infrastructure and mobile work environments, the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA, the comprehensive use of the Microsoft product portfolio for office communication tasks (including telephony) and the conversion of data center infrastructures to cloud-based services. In The future project management system must integrate this IT infrastructure (Microsoft Azure environment) with the ability to exchange data in an audit-proof manner.
