Procurement and implementation of CAFM software A CAFM system is to be introduced for the facility management services of the Baden-Württemberg Medical Service, which supports the efficient management and control of all relevant processes. The Baden-Württemberg Medical Service operates around 20 locations, most of which are used as rental properties and have different management responsibilities. The facility management services are centralized in the headquarters carried out by a team of around ten employees. In addition, responsible persons are defined for each location who carry out location-related tasks and responsibilities within the Baden-Württemberg Medical Service. Goal of implementation is to increase transparency, process reliability and efficiency in the management of properties through the use of a CAFM system and to provide a future-proof digital platform for facility management.
