Tenders are invited for Procurement of Ambulances

(B) BID REQUIREMENTS
The Tender for these projects will be in two (2) parts:

1. TECHNICAL BID:
This will involve the presentation of necessary proof of technical competence and capacity to execute such projects. The proof should include the following;
(a) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(b) Evidence of registration with special control unit on money laundering Certificate (SCUML);
(c) Evidence of Company Profile including profile of key professional and Technical Personnel;
(d) Evidence of registration with the SDGs Office in Ekiti State;
(e) Evidence of Ekiti State Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) financial years;
(f) Evidence of payment of Development Levy for the last three (3) financial years;
(g) Evidence of registration of Business Premises in Ekiti state;
(h) Evidence of registration with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement;
(i) Reference letter from a reputable Bank;
(j) Evidence of previous relevant/similar experience in terms of project value, volume, complexity and management in the last five (5) years. Provision of Certificate (s) of completion is an added advantage;
(l) Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration.

2. COMMERCIAL BID: This will involve the presentation of priced bills to confirm competitiveness.

3. COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(i) A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased from the address below after payment of non-refundable appropriate Tender fees. Bid must be delivered to the same address not later than 21 May, 2019, late bids will be rejected.
(ii) The bid documents must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked on top right hand corner as:

(iii) Bid will be opened by 12 noon on 22 May, 2019 in the presence of bidders/their representatives.

4. NOTE
(i) No bidder is considered responsive unless both the Technical and Commercial Bids are submitted.
(ii) This advertisement is not a commitment on the part of Ekiti State SDGs Office nor shall it entitle companies to make any claims whatsoever from the said Office or the State Government.
(iii) The State SDGs Office reserves the right to verify any claim by potential bidders.
(iv) Contractors with good performance in previous Ekiti State SDGs projects have an added advantage.
